Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
This policy explains what information CloudWave Solutions LLC ("CloudWave," "we," "us") collects through our website at go.choosecloudwave.com (also reached at choosecloudwave.com), how we use it, and who we share it with. CloudWave Solutions is a corporate event production company based in Denver, Colorado.
The short version
- We collect what you type into our forms, plus basic visit data through Google Analytics.
- We use it to reply to you, plan your event, podcast or venue project, and understand how people use our site.
- We do not sell your personal information or share it for money.
- We do not send marketing emails or text messages.
- Our forms are for questions about our services. They may not be used for sales solicitations.
- To see, correct or delete your information, email adam@choosecloudwave.com.
Information you give us
Our forms send us only what you enter.
- Event inquiry (Inquiry page): your name, email, phone, organization and event name, event dates and times, number of days, venue, expected attendance, number of rooms, setup time, the services you need, details about AV, microphones, slides, recording and livestreaming, what you would like after the event, your budget range, how the event will be billed, how you heard about us, and any notes you add.
- Podcast inquiry (Inquiry page): your name, email, phone, organization, details about your show (such as its topic, title, format, number of episodes, where to record and editing needs), timing, budget range, how you heard about us, and any notes you add.
- Venue network and security inquiry (Inquiry page): your name, email, phone, venue name and city, the network, Wi-Fi, camera, door access or support help you need, the type and size of the project, timing, how you heard about us, and any notes you add.
- Contact forms (Contact page and service pages): your name, email and message.
Please do not put sensitive information, such as health details or financial account numbers, in the free-text boxes.
When you submit a form, it is stored in our website platform (Webflow) and sent to us as an email notification in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. If you email or call us directly, we handle what you send the same way.
Booking a call. The "Book a call with Brian" button opens a booking page run by Microsoft Bookings. If you book, Microsoft collects the details you enter there (such as your name, email, phone, organization and notes) and adds the meeting to our Microsoft 365 calendars. Microsoft handles that page under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Information collected automatically
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, on every page of our site. It collects information such as the pages you view, how you reached our site (for example a search, a link or a QR code), your approximate location based on your IP address, your device and browser type, and how long you stay. It does this with cookies that are set on your first page view. We use these reports to see which pages are useful and to improve the site.
Google signals. We have turned on Google signals, a Google Analytics advertising feature. When it is on, Google may connect visit data from our site with information from Google accounts of visitors who are signed in and have turned on ad personalization. Google may combine our first-party Analytics cookies with its own advertising cookies or identifiers to do this. This gives us summary reports about visitor demographics, interests and use across devices. We see these reports only in summary form. We do not receive your Google account details, and we do not use Google Analytics data to show you ads.
Spam and bot protection. Pages with forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors from bots. Turnstile processes signals from your browser and device, such as your IP address, browser type and connection details. Cloudflare also sets a security cookie called _cfuvid.
Delivering the site. Our pages, images, videos, scripts and fonts load from Webflow's content delivery network, Amazon CloudFront and Google Fonts. Like any web request, these services receive your IP address and basic browser information so they can send the files to you.
Cookies
- _ga (Google Analytics): tells one visitor's browser apart from another. Lasts 2 years.
- _ga_ followed by an ID (Google Analytics): keeps track of your visit. Lasts 2 years.
- _cfuvid (Cloudflare): security; helps tell apart visitors who share an IP address. Lasts until you close your browser.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but we will not be able to count your visit.

We share personal information only with these categories of third parties, and only as needed:

How Google uses data from our site
Google processes Google Analytics data under its own policies. To learn more, see Google's page How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can turn off ad personalization in your Google account at Google Ads Settings, and you can find more ad choices at the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Third parties, such as Google through Google Analytics, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site.
How long we keep information
- Inquiries and related emails: while we need them to respond to you and keep a record of our conversations. We delete them when they are no longer needed for business, tax or legal reasons.
- If you hire us, project and billing records are kept as long as needed for our business, tax and legal records.
- Google Analytics: Google keeps detailed visit data for the retention period set in our account, which is no longer than 14 months, and keeps summary reports longer.
Use of our forms: no solicitation
Our forms, email address and phone number are for people who want to hire CloudWave Solutions or ask about our services. They may not be used to solicit us. That includes sales pitches; offers of marketing, SEO, web design, lead generation, staffing or financing services; link-building or guest-post requests; and any other unsolicited commercial message.
We do not consent to receiving solicitations through this site. We may delete them without replying, and sending one does not create any business relationship or obligation. Automated, scripted or bulk submissions are not allowed, and we use spam protection to block them.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email adam@choosecloudwave.com with your request. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we act. We will not delete records we must keep by law, and we will tell you if that applies.
How we protect information
Our site uses HTTPS encryption. Form submissions are kept in password-protected business accounts. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive information through our forms.
Children
Our site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email adam@choosecloudwave.com and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, such as Google Maps, our LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram pages, and our Microsoft Bookings page. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change is material, we will also post a notice on our home page.
